多様な個人を受け入れる組織を作るフレームワークで、研修として行っている企業も多数存在します。

自分のチームのことを振り返った際に、DEIの観点からはまだまだ遠いなと感じました。

I wonder that my team in my work is not good in terms of DEI yet.

There is the team member who comes from oversea, but I think that we have the room to improve my team to have another team member work comfortably.
